Our Service Fees
Management Fee	800 baht/month*	10% of gross monthly rent*
Tenant Letting Fee	n/a	1/2 of gross monthly rent#

Miscellaneous Fees: actual expenses for miscellaneous consumables and 100 baht per hour for services not covered above
Note:
* These fees are for properties located within CBD or inner Bangkok.  For rental properties in other areas, fees will be on a case-by-case basis. Also, for Investor Package, minimum fee is 2,000 baht/month
