Upon booking with us, you read, understand, and accept the following conditions:

1. While we attempt to ensure our property is maintained to a high standard, we are not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, accident, inconvenience incured while you stay in the property. We recommend that you have adequate insurance to cover yourselves and your personal properties

2. Security deposit of US$250 is to be collected upon Check-in and will be returned to you in full if, upon Check-out, the property is found to be in the same condition as when you checked in. 

3. Booking deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 10 weeks in advance

4. This is a non-smoking property. Guests agree not to smoke inside the property or fee will be deducted from the security deposit for cleaning up

5. The number of guests shall not exceed the agreed number shown in the booking confirmation

6. Normal check-in time is 12pm and check-out time is before 2pm.
